Brought these for my powerlifting daughter and she says that her squat form is much better now because of the lift in the shoes help with her long femurs. They are also true to size, comfortable and cute!

These shoes are absolutely fantastic. I usually wear a size 11 in Nike, but after reading a few reviews regarding sizing I went for the size 12. They fit beautifully. I’d never have gotten the size 11 on. They’re comfortable, sturdy and do have some weight to them. I have quite a slim foot so these are perfect. I’m not sure how someone with a wide foot would get on with these. I’m not an expert lifter by any means, but these shoes have greatly helped with squatting. Definitely get a pair - you won’t regret it.

I’m a Nike shoes fan because the Nike shoes has a wilder cutting which fits my feet better. However this one not sure why is so narrow at the head and I couldn’t even lay my toes flat. I’ve already ordered a half size up and if I go 1 size up, it will be loose in length.
