Great-looking, surprisingly comfortable lifters with excellent stability for squats. As my first pair of weightlifting shoes, I can genuinely feel the difference in training. I normally wear size 8, but I bought 8.5 and they fit perfectly.

I usually were a size 8 or 8 1/2. Went with the nine and have no complaints. really helping out my knees a lot.
