Maximum cushioning in the Vomero provides a comfortable ride for everyday runs. Our softest, most cushioned ride has lightweight ZoomX foam stacked on top of responsive ReactX foam in the midsole. Plus, a redesigned traction pattern offers a smooth heel-to-toe transition.

Engineered mesh upper

The upper is made from engineered mesh for soft breathability.

Dual-density midsole

Our dual-density midsole has ZoomX foam stacked on top of ReactX foam—13% more responsive than previous React technology—for a comfortable ride.

Pods around the outsole

We placed pods around the outsole to help enhance agility and smoother heel-to-toe transitions.

Plush padding

A plush tongue and lining give you a comfortably snug feel.

Lovely shoes - like walking on air.

These are a simply fantastic shoe from Nike. I’m not a runner, as I have two arthritic knees, but these are so comfortable; like walking on air. They’re light, supportive, and they look great. Not my usual Nike style at all. I’m a lover of the old skool; AJ1, AJ3, AJ4, Air Force 1, Air Max 90, Dunk, Air Huarache. You name it, I have them, often in multiple colorways. But these Vomero 18 are my new everyday go-to sneaks, and I can’t wait to get some more.

The Vomero 18 offers greater cushioning with 6mm more midsole height compared with the Vomero 17, featuring a stack height of 36mm in the forefoot and 46mm in the heel.
With a new foam collar, the Vomero 18 puts cushioning front and centre for a feel that's 18% softer than the Vomero 17.
The increased rocker allows for a smoother heel-to-toe transition.
