Bought these as my first trail running shoes after reading many reviews and settling on a pair that has good comfort/cushioning and is suitable for most types of trails as well as some road running. Tried them on my first 10 mile trail through forest/fields/gravel paths and they were great to run on all kinds of surfaces, including road. Good grip and stability and stayed comfortable throughout the whole run. My feet have been getting a fair battering in recent weeks as I've been running a lot but I didn't feel these on my feet at all through the whole 10 miles. Very happy with my purchase. I'm size 7 in all Nike shoes. I always stick with size 7 even when suggested to size up half a size and it always fits me perfectly in all Nike trainers and running shoes. Size 7.5 always feels too big.

I purchased these online for an upcoming trip to Japan and was shocked to discover that they are Mount Fuji themed! That might have been enough to sway me, but they were also extremely comfortable, very stable for my ankle issues, and they sat a little lower on the ankle than some other styles, which helped because I have a painful spot that needs surgery. The colors are fun as well, but most of all I expect them to be very comfortable for walking around all over Japan! The style I ordered is the white one that has speckles along the outsole. I am normally a women’s size 9 and purchased the 9 1/2, and it fits perfectly.
