Extremely supportive bra for running or training. The shape is really nice and doesn't move while being active. The fabric is soft itself and there are no itchy tags or seams, it is very sturdy. I used this bra for running, pilates, and weightlifting. It has enough coverage without being overbearing. It held up pretty well against sweat and doesn't have any smell. Would get another one!

Love this bra! I workout almost daily and do a lot of high impact workouts. This bra has held up and been super supportive when I need it, even during burpees! I am average/smaller chested and this bra gives good support and shape. It fits me true to size and keeps me supported during all forms of workouts while still being comfortable.

The Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra is sleek and comfortable as well as seamless. It’s sleek style and supportive cups make this a great bra to wear while doing high impact workouts and running. The one issue I had with this bra is the bottom rolls up so it doesn’t stay in place perhaps consider using some material that will keep it from rolling up after wearing it a couple hours. Otherwise it fits a little larger than your typical medium so if in-between sizes I would size down. It’s a great sports bra and I also noticed that it absorbs any sweat so that’s an added bonus!
