  • Great quality

These are a solid pair of hiking shoes. Nice and sturdy, grippy, love the ankle coverage. Haven't tried on an actual hike yet but these seem very solid without being stiff or uncomfortable or too bulky. I really like them!

The Nike ACG Zegama Hike fits true to size and feels comfortable right out of the box. On the trail, the grip really stood out. I felt confident and stable on uneven terrain. Despite that sturdiness, the shoe feels surprisingly light and soft, and my feet felt well cradled and supported throughout wear. I didn’t feel the need to break them in and they were true to size. I also really love the rugged look as well as the sock like lining on the ankle to help keep debris out. Overall, a great balance of comfort, traction, and durability.

  • Take a hike (in these shoes) !

OMG, I am in love with these! I was in the market for new hiking shoes and tried these out. I usually go for hiking shoes that cover the ankles but enjoyed wearing these! Off the bat, first fitting had me amazed at the comfort, light weight, and spacing inside the shoe. I usually wear wmns 8.5 but I have learned that you should wear half a size bigger since your feet expands during long walks/hikes and changing terrain. I also have flat feet so a little extra space is super helpful. During the first use I wore dry fit crew socks. There was a little pain at the beginning as I walked, but as I continued, it warmed up to my feet. So far I’ve worn them for 2 hikes and throughout both I’ve appreciated the extra space, comfort, and stability when walking on a trail with switchbacks. I feel that the soles have great gripping when climbing uphill. Although I slipped a little when coming downhill, I recovered quickly and completed without any other slips. Don’t think I’d recommend trail running but I might try jogging with these on flat trails.
