We're working with EQL to offer you the chance, at a limited number of participating Nike stores, to access some of our hottest launch styles through raffles. Entering a raffle on your mobile device is quick and easy.
Look for the "Catch the drop" sign at a participating store and scan the QR code to navigate to the EQL site. There you will see the current and upcoming launch raffles available to participate in. Tap the style you want and confirm your information with the steps below to submit your entry.
After the raffle, we'll email you to let you know whether your entry won. If selected, you'll have three days to collect and pay for your shoes in store. All the details you need for pick-up will be in the email you'll receive.
Raffle products are not eligible for dispatch from participating Nike stores to a different address.
EQL is a third-party platform that helps us carry out product launch raffles at participating Nike stores. Learn more at the EQL site.
Since this is an in-store launch, you'll pay for your shoes at the store when you pick them up. You won't be charged when you enter your card information on the EQL site. You may see an authorisation charge of "AUD 0.00" on your account.
We only use this information to confirm your identity to ensure launches are fair and equal.
Make sure to bring your government-issued ID, which needs to match the name associated with your EQL account, and the same credit card used to verify your account.
Once at the store, you'll need to provide your email address and the code found in the winning entry email.
Unfortunately, we can only release the order to the person who entered the raffle. Don't worry, you have three days to collect your order at the store. After three days, we're unable to hold the shoes for you and will give another entrant an opportunity to purchase them.
If you need to change the size you selected or update any of your information before the raffle closes, tap "Cancel my entry"in your confirmation email and re-enter with the correct size.

To enquire about returning or exchanging your items, work with the participating Nike store for options. Our returns policy applies to anything purchased through the raffle.
