Before a launch, ensure that you are logged in. In settings, check that your delivery, payment and size preferences are correct, and make sure you enable push notifications from SNKRS.
If you join a launch using multiple accounts with the same address, only one of these submissions will be validated. Make sure you enter using one account, with one address.
If you join a launch on multiple devices using the same account, only one of these submissions will be validated. Make sure you use only one device.
