What is the partner orders tab in my Member profile?

You can view Nike products purchased with a participating retail partner when you link your Nike Member profile with your partner account.

Just go to your profile on the retail partner's site and follow the steps to link it with your Nike Member profile.

You'll need to work with the retailer to return your items. Please visit their site to learn about their returns policy.

Why are some items not displaying under the Partner Orders tab?

To protect your information, only Nike Member-exclusive products are shared and displayed in your Nike Member profile.

Why does my order total look different?

Because non-Nike product information won't be shared, we only display order totals for Nike products.

How do I remove partner order data from my profile?

Remove order data by unlinking your partner account from your Nike Member profile. Just sign in and select "Disconnect". Be aware that doing this will remove all partner order information.

You can also contact the retailer to adjust your order history.
