How do I play music in my Nike Run Club App?
What's a run without music? Fortunately, with the Nike Run Club App you can listen to and control the perfect run accompaniment right through the app.
To listen to music while using NRC, use the steps below.
NRC App
- Head to the main run screen and tap the music icon.
- Select one of the following options:
- Apple Music: Select the perfect playlist, artist or album to listen to (Apple Music subscription required).
- Spotify: You can access Spotify's music catalogue with a Spotify account (iOS only).
You can also listen to a podcast, audiobook or music in a different app. Just open the app and hit play, then start your run in the NRC App.
Apple Watch
- Download music to your watch from your mobile device or computer.
- Start your playlist in the Apple Watch Music app, then start your NRC run.
If you have an Apple Watch Series 3 and newer with cellular, you can stream music directly through your watch. Just start your playlist before starting a run. Be aware that a wireless service plan is required.
