These are the rules ("Rules") which apply to the NIKE x Strava ACG Wild 300 ("Challenge") offered by NIKE RETAIL B.V ("NIKE") in collaboration with Strava Inc. ("Strav"). These Rules apply to the Challenge only, and not to any use of the Strava app ("Strava App") in relation to the Challenge or otherwise.
If you are eligible to enter ("Participant", "you", "yours") and wish to take part in the Challenge, please read the Rules below carefully. By registering for the Challenge, you agree to these Rules and confirm your acceptance of these terms. A copy of these Rules shall be available at https://www.nike.com/gb/help/a/nike-strava-terms for the duration of the Challenge and Prize Draw (as defined below).
Note: This Challenge consists of two separate stages – the Strava Challenge and the Prize Draw. The Stage One: Strava Challenge takes place on the Strava App. Participants that successfully complete the Strava Challenge will receive a completion badge, but no prize is awarded for this stage. Participants that successfully complete the Strava Challenge shall receive an invitation from Strava in accordance with these Rules and will be eligible to enter the Prize Draw for a chance to win Prizes (as defined below). Completing the Strava Challenge and receiving an invitation does not guarantee a prize.
The Challenge is sponsored by NIKE and Strava, but the Prize (as defined below and subject always to these Rules) is offered by NIKE only.

1 ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To be eligible to participate in, and complete, the Challenge, Participants must:
1.1.1 be a member on the Strava App (registration is free);
1.1.2 be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; and
1.1.3 be a resident of one of the following EMEA5 countries: Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy or Spain.
1.2 The following persons may not be Participants in the Challenge:
1.2.1 employees of NIKE or its respective holding or subsidiary companies;
1.2.2 employees of agents or suppliers of NIKE or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Challenge or its administration; or
1.2.3 members of the immediate families or households above.
1.3 In entering the Challenge, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize (as defined below). NIKE may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Challenge and may disqualify you if you are unable to provide such proof on request.
1.4 NIKE may also disqualify any Participant from the Challenge that does not comply with these Rules and specifically, who enters (or is suspected to enter) the Challenge fraudulently or dishonestly including (but not limited to), through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries or entries that have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with.
2 WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
2.1 The Challenge will be available on the Strava App to Participants during the Challenge Period (as defined below in these Rules). The Challenge is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
2.2 To successfully complete the Challenge, Participants must do the following on the Strava App:
2.2.1 join the "ACG Wild 300" Challenge by clicking the orange "Join Challenge" button on the Strava App; and
2.2.2 complete the ACG Wild 300 Challenge (300 minutes of movement) on the Strava App during the Challenge Period, making sure the workout information setting is turned "ON" within the Strava App and that those activities are recorded on the Strava App.
2.3 Only the following qualifying Strava activities are included in the Challenge: Run (including Trail Run) and Hiking. Manual entries, virtual runs, treadmill runs, virtual rides and trainer rides will not count towards the Challenge goal.
2.4 Each Participant is only permitted to enter the Challenge once. Only the first entry by the Participant will be considered and multiple entries will not be counted or accepted.
2.5 By taking part in the Challenge, Participant (as defined below) also accepts the Strava terms and conditions (available at https://www.strava.com/legal/terms) (including, without limitation, https://strava.app.link/acg-wild-300 and the Strava Community Standards (available at https://www.strava.com/community-standards?hl=en, which includes abiding by all health advice and restrictions in your area prior to undertaking any physical activity). 3 CHALLENGE PERIOD
3.1 Participants can enter to participate in the Challenge from 00:01 (Participant's local time) on 22 January 2026 until 23:59 (Participant's local time) on 26 February 2026 ("Entry Period").
3.2 Participants can participate in the Challenge from 00:01 (Participant's local time) on 29 January 2026 until 23:59 (Participant's local time) on 26 February 2026 ("Challenge Period").
3.3 Any Challenge entries received outside of the Entry Period, and all Challenge participations received outside of the Challenge Period, will not be eligible and Participants will be unable to participate in the Prize Draw (as defined below) or win a Prize (as defined below).
4 PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE
4.1 Participants acknowledge and agree that taking part in the Challenge may involve risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury and property loss or damage. Participants further acknowledge and agree that there may be other risks not known to NIKE and/or the Participant that are not reasonably foreseeable. By registering for the Challenge, Participants confirm to NIKE that: (i) they are in good health, and (ii) have no medical or health condition that could endanger or limit their ability whilst participating. Participants understand and have considered and evaluated the nature, scope and extent of the risks involved, and voluntarily and freely choose to assume these risks. NIKE does not provide any insurance, whether life or medical or liability, for any illness, accident, injury, loss or damage that may arise in connection with a Participant's participation in a Challenge. The Participant acknowledges that if they want insurance of any kind, they must obtain their own.
4.2 NIKE and anyone working with them won't be responsible to compensate a Participant or Winner (as defined below) for any loss, damage, injury or death that happens as a result of taking up the Prize (as defined below) or participating in the Challenge – unless it was caused by their negligence. This does not affect your legal rights.
4.3 NIKE will not accept responsibility for Challenge entries that are not (or only partially) recorded on the Strava App, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, failure of the Strava App, Strava App update or change, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
5 PRIZE DRAW
5.1 Participants that successfully complete the Challenge on the Strava App within the Challenge Period will receive a completion badge from Strava that is viewable on both web and mobile.
5.2 After the Challenge Period ends, by no later than 26 February 2026, Strava will send a push notification to, and email, all Participants that successfully complete the Challenge, with instructions on optional entry into a NIKE prize draw ("Prize Draw"). The email from Strava will be sent to the email address linked to the Participant's Strava account. Completing the Challenge and receiving an invitation from Strava does not guarantee a Prize (as defined below) and Participants should enter the Prize Draw in accordance with these Rules as set out below.
5.3 Participants can enter into the Prize Draw between 00:01 (Participant's local time) on 29.1 until 23:59 (Participant’s local time) on 4.3 ("Prize Draw Period").
5.4 The entry route for the Prize Draw is to:
5.4.1 successfully complete the Challenge;
5.4.2 receive the push notification and/or email invitation from Strava; and
5.4.3 correctly and fully complete the entry form to enter the Prize Draw for a chance to win the Prize (“"Form"). The Form requires Participants to enter their personal information (including name, email address, postal address and date of birth) and confirm their preference of the available Prizes (as defined below) (note clause 5.6 below).
5.5 Entry to the Prize Draw is free and does not entail or require any payment for entry by Participants. NIKE will not cover or reimburse any costs or expenses incurred by Participants in connection with entry into or participation in the Prize Draw, or taking up of the Prize (as defined below). These expenses are the sole responsibility of the Participant.
5.6 Participants may be asked to confirm their preference of the available Prizes (as defined below). Participants acknowledge and accept that any preference specified is not binding and is intended as an indication to NIKE only, and NIKE shall be entitled to award and allocate the Prizes (as defined below) at random to selected Winners (as defined below).
5.7 Participants acknowledge that JXZ GmbH ("JXZ") is acting as an independent third-party coordinator of the Prize Draw on behalf of NIKE. You agree that NIKE may share your personal information with JXZ solely for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Challenge and/or Prize Draw, and that any such processing of your personal information will be carried out in accordance with NIKE’s Privacy Policy.
6 WINNER SELECTION
6.1 There will be 305 (three hundred and five) winners of the Prize Draw (each a “Winner" and together, the "Winners").
6.2 Winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen by random draw performed by a random computer number generator managed by JXZ on 3.5 ("Winner Selection Date").
6.3 The decision of NIKE and/or JXZ (to the extent applicable) is final (including any decision not covered by these Rules) and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7 PRIZES
7.1 The prizes for the Prize Draw are as follows:
7.1.1 100 x ACG accessories (value approx. 20EUR) (“Accessory”);
7.1.2 5 x ACG limited-edition backpacks (value 70EUR) (“Backpack”); and
7.1.3 200 x NIKE promotional discount codes at 20% off (“"Promo Code”),
(each a "Prize" and together, the "Prizes").
7.2 The Prizes will be allocated randomly by NIKE (or by JXZ on NIKE's behalf) to the Winners. Winners will be notified between 6 March 2026 and 10 March 2026.
7.3 Participants may be asked to indicate a preference regarding the type of Prize they would like to receive; however, any such preference is for informational purposes only and does not influence the allocation of Prizes. Prize allocation will be conducted strictly on a random basis in accordance with clause 7.2.
7.4 There will only be one (1) Prize per Winner (i.e. either an Accessory, Backpack or Promo Code).
7.5 Winners will be contacted by JXZ via the email address given when Participants signed up to the Prize Draw, and asked if they accept the Prize. You may be required to provide certain information to validate your identity in order to collect a Prize.
7.6 JXZ will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winners. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize within 10 (ten) days of being notified by JXZ, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and NIKE will be entitled to select the next eligible entrant (selected from correct entries received) in accordance with the process described above.
7.7 The Promo Code Prizes will be delivered by email to the email address provided by the Winner. The Accessory Prizes and Backpack Prizes will be delivered by post to the address provided by the Winner. NIKE is not responsible for any loss, delay or failure in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by Winners, or for any issues arising from postal or courier services beyond NIKE's control.
8 PRIZE CONDITIONS
8.1 Redemption of the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties, including but not limited to age restrictions, eligibility requirements and deadlines for activation. You are responsible for complying with such terms.
8.2 All Prizes exclude travel, accommodation, meals, insurance and any other associated expenses. Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs incurred in connection with attending or redeeming a Prize.
8.3 NIKE reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any part of it) with an alternative prize of an equal or greater monetary value if circumstances beyond NIKE's control make it necessary to do so.
8.4 Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
8.5 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Promo Code
8.6 Winners that receive the Promo Code Prize will receive an email that will contain their applicable promo code and instructions on how to redeem the Promo Code to receive a discount on NIKE products purchased on nike.com or the Nike: Clothes & Shoe Shopping app ("NIKE App"). To redeem the Promo Code on nike.com, the Promo Code must be entered in the designated field during the checkout process before submitting payment information. To redeem the Promo Code via the NIKE App, the NIKE App must be installed on the Participant's mobile device, and the Promo Code must be entered in the designated field during checkout before proceeding with payment information
8.7 The Promo Code:
8.7.1 provides a 20% (twenty per cent) discount on selected ACG full-price products found on nike.com or the NIKE App only.
8.7.2 Shall be valid only for use in the following countries: France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. Cannot be used for multiple purchases and is only valid towards orders with a total value of €1,000 or less (or equivalent in local currency) before the discount is applied; and
8.7.3 must be used within 30 days from the Winner Selection Date.
8.8 The following exclusions apply to the Promo Code. The Promo Code:
8.8.1 does not apply to any sale or otherwise discounted products;
8.8.2 excludes Nike gift cards.
8.8.3 excludes all SNKRS releases and/or Nike member rewards such as Reserved for You and Early Access;
8.8.4 excludes all Apple products, Nike By You styles, Jersey By You styles;
8.9 NIKE Retail B.V. at registered address Colosseum 1, 1213 NL Hilversum, Netherlands, is responsible for the Promotional Codes
8.10 NIKE’s Terms of Sale will also be applicable to any purchase made using the Promo Code and to and use of any NIKE products. NIKE's Terms of Sale (available at https://agreementservice.svs.nike.com/rest/agreement?agreementType=termsOfSale&uxId=com.nike.tos&country=GB&language=en&requestType=redirect).
8.11 To apply a Promo Code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the NIKE product where specified during the online checkout process. A Promo Code cannot be applied to previously placed orders of NIKE product.
8.12 Promo Code can only be used by you and is non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promotional Code may be used for more than one order of NIKE product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promo Code.
8.13 The Promo Code: (i) has no cash value, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for it; (ii) cannot be used to purchase any gift cards; and (iii) is non-refundable.
8.14 If you return any NIKE products purchased with a Promo Code at nike.com and/or in the Nike App, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event that part of the order is returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promo Code is multi-use, and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the original Promo Code. Single-use Promo Codes which have already been used cannot be used again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.
8.15 All orders of NIKE product using a Promo Code are subject to availability of that NIKE product.
8.16 If there are serious grounds beyond NIKE’s control, NIKE may withdraw or amend the Promo Code if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity). This section will not apply to Promo Codes that have already been used.
8.17 Improper use of the Promo Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Rules and shall entitle us to stop you using or benefiting from any Promo Code.
8.18 To the extent permissible by the applicable law, NIKE shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotional Code.
9 GENERAL
9.1 This clause shall only apply where required under applicable law or regulatory codes of the Participant's country of residence (for example, in the UK). NIKE must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, NIKE will either (i) publish the surname and country of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, online, or (ii) send the surname and country of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries to anyone who writes to NIKE's registered office address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 30 days after the end of the Prize Draw. If the Participant objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact NIKE. In such circumstances, NIKE must still provide the information and winning entry to the relevant regulatory authority (for example, the UK Advertising Standards Authority) on request.
9.2 NIKE accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
9.3 In exceptional and reasonably unforeseeable circumstances, NIKE may amend, cancel or postpone the Challenge (including the Prize Draw and these Rules). Where NIKE does so, NIKE shall notify you through Strava by email or direct message on Strava and shall provide a supplemental copy of these Rules.
9.4 NIKE reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Rules.

9.6 If any provision or part-provision of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Rules.
9.7 These Rules and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. However, as a consumer you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Rules, including this clause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
