I wore this for a one hour CrossFit class, and while I was sweating, the tank didn't feel heavy or clingy. The loose fit is perfect for those who prefer a relaxed silhouette without looking sloppy. The back panel provides a nice breeze, which is a lifesaver during outdoor summer runs. The tonal branding is subtle enough that I can throw a denim jacket over it and head straight to lunch. It does run a bit large. If you want a more "fitted" look rather than an oversized athleisure vibe, I’d recommend sizing down. Because it’s so soft, I’m careful to wash it on a delicate cycle to avoid any pilling, though it has held up well through three washes so far. This is the ultimate "24/7" piece. The fit of this top is oversized , but it feels amazing. The design is perfect. The fabric is so breathable and great to have while working out. The design and feel is what I loved most, but I'd definitely change the oversized part.
