La tecnología Nike Free combina una espuma estable en el talón con una espuma más suave y flexible en el antepié. En combinación con las ranuras flexibles de la suela exterior, ofrece la flexibilidad que exigen los entrenamientos dinámicos.
Para mantener el pie en su sitio al moverse, hemos combinado un sistema de cordones en red con un botín interior. Juntos, ofrecen una mayor sujeción para garantizar un ajuste seguro y ceñido.

First let me start off by saying I own 12 pairs of these kicks reason why is because these sneakers are very comfortable, awesome looking and at great pricing. You can even design your own shoe. Fast shipping so you can wear them as soon as possible, Don't just take it from me buy a pair and see for yourself
Color not as advertised

Pros: Comfortable, light weight, true to size. Con: The color online and the color I received are pretty different. I got the blueish green shoe, and in person its definitely grey and not as advertised.
Peeling outsole

My initial thought was that these shoes felt really tight on the width of my foot. I use them for ball hockey and lifting weights a few times per week. I understand that ball hockey can be rough on shoes (lots of changing direction), but I was under the impression that these shoes were made to handle that kind of use. They also didn’t perform great right out of the box. They were far less supportive than my old Metcons that I used for years playing ball hockey in. I was mostly disappointed with how the outsole began peeling less than a month after I purchased these though. If you train doing plyometrics or do any agility training these shoes are not made to handle these types of movements and I would steer clear.
