I absolutely love the shoes the react x foam is so so soft but not so soft that you feel like you're sinking in quicksand. I've never worn a shoe with a drop and it is life changing. You can definitely feel the air zoom activate. But nothing is perfect, but there are only two minor negatives and they are: I wish Nike was a bit more considerate of fore foot strikers because there is not a lot of foam in the front ( I'm not a fore foot striker, so I don't fully know what it's like with the shoe) And lastly the adult version has react x written where air zoom is written and it has air zoom in black on the little shape in the front, basically just minor cosmetic differences between the adult and kids shoe. :)

These are good. Nice and light and comfortable. With these being for a kid, I'd highly recommend getting a dark color, as they do stain easily.
