The shoes were used for approximately five months, yet the outsoles on both shoes wore through to the underlying layer. My warranty claim was assessed solely based on photographs and was rejected as normal wear and tear, without any specific technical explanation. I am disappointed with both the durability of the shoes and the way my claim was handled.
