Nike Shox Ride 2

Got these in a color I usually don't wear, but they've become one of my favorites. I didn't like the feeling of the shocks in the back at first, but after wearing them around, they became really comfy. They remind me of AirMax 97s with a more durable upper. I really dig the suede and reflective materials throughout the upper. Easy to clean and got alot of compliments when I wear them at work. I might have to pick up a white pair soon!

As a sneakerhead with over 80 pairs in rotation of different brands of shoes but mainly Jordan and Nike I have to say I shouldn’t have waited to get a pair of shox. I remember back in the early 2000s it was mainly preppy girls and guys wearing them and then Vince Carter wore them on the court but I couldn’t bring myself to ask my mom for them. Fast forward to a couple years ago and Kendrick Lamar comes out and does his iconic performance at his pop up concert in LA in a pair of shox and I was hooked. I had been contemplating buying them as I have wide feet and didn’t think they’d fit right. I recently went to the Nike outlet locally and saw a pair but they were solid white which is a no no with kids and animals around. But I’m glad I got sent these shoes because not only did I finally get a pair I was on the fence about to they’re actually up to par on comfort and style as any other Nike shoes runner. They do fit a little tight for wide feet but I think they’ll break in just fine.

I wore these sneakers for 2 days in a row. I wore them to drive for a few hrs and I also workout in them. I was comfortable for the most part but after a while front toe did hurt.
