I’ve had the gx in ag soleplate and gx2 prior to ordering these new phantoms. These have a more natural fit, I always felt like the previous versions were too snug on the top of the foot and didn’t have enough room in the toe box because of the pointed toe. I did like the original gx, but I didn’t like the gx2 at all. Now for the newest version the phantoms I think they nailed it. The heel in these is by far the most comfortable, soleplate felt good didn’t have any foot pain right out of the box, grippy outsole and seems more pliable than the gx but more structured than the gx2 imo perfect. The fit was good, order true to size and they fit me snug which is what I like. I have a wide foot and I didn’t need to size up. If you like more than a thumb length at the end of your boot you will need to size up. Obviously these don’t stretch like leather and im just a little less than a thumb length which is perfect. If you’ve liked the previous versions you will love these, definitely an upgrade. No complaints as of now, tonight was my first game in them and they were comfortable to play in with no break in needed.

Amazing cleats! The AG stud pattern and quality is perfect for playing on turf pitches. The style and quality of the boot is great. They are extremely comfortable. Having the artificial grass version when playing on turf pitches is so much better on my body(joints and muscles). The risk of injury goes way down when using this version. Would definitely recommend these.
