The size S/M is still a bit too large and doesn't stay tight enough on my arms to offer any compression. Jumpman should make a smaller size. The size S/M is more like a M/L. It runs on the large size for a size Medium. As is, the smaller size will be too large for a lot of people. It's not just the bicep part, the underarm part of this sleeve will likely especially tend to be a tad loose.
