Can I exchange my Nike order?

Festive season return extension

Nike purchases made between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025, have an extended 60-day return policy (some exceptions apply).

If your Nike.com or Nike App purchase isn't quite right, and you have a different size or colour in mind, you can exchange items that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached within 30 days.

Nike Members can complete their exchange on Nike.com or in the Nike App. Here's how:

  • First, sign in. Then find the item in your order history, open the order, select "Start a Return or Exchange" and follow the prompts. We'll guide you through the process to select the perfect replacement.
  • Submit your exchange, and we'll provide a prepaid delivery label so you can send your original item back for free.
  • Once we receive it, we'll deliver your exchange. Please note we must receive your original item within 17 days of submitting your exchange.

If you made your online purchase as a guest, please contact us to organise an exchange.

Will I need to pay to have my exchange item delivered?

No, we'll cover the cost of standard delivery for your exchange shipment.

How do I exchange a Nike store purchase?

You can take the item you want to exchange and your proof of purchase back to the original purchase location. Note that Nike Clearance store purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or faulty.
