This is my favorite model for the gym! It definitely takes first place in terms of value for money, especially for moderate- to high-intensity workouts. Of course, I’d recommend lifting 200 kilograms in different footwear—but I assume you already realize that.

These are simple yet effective gym shoes. I really like how flat the sole is, as it provides good stability during workouts. I followed the sizing recommendation and ordered a half size up, but the fit was still quite snug. For reference, I normally wear a size 10 and ordered a 10.5. I would recommend going a full size up, especially if you plan on doing intense cardio or workouts that involve a lot of foot movement, such as running, jumping, or agility exercises. Overall, they’re a solid choice for the gym, but sizing up more than recommended may provide a more comfortable fit.
