This jacket is amazing! My daughter wore it to Nordic ski one afternoon and she was perfectly comfortable. It blocked enough of the wind to keep her temperature just right, and it was water-repellent when she encountered some melting snow. This jacket is designed very well with a hood that fits nicely into a snug collar. It did the trick to keep the wind and water out as needed but it is still trim and stylish. I can see this jacket becoming a go-to for travel or anytime we need something with utility in a compact size. The fabric is very light and breathable, but did the trick to keep my daughter temperature controlled in wind and dry and melting snow. I love the utility and compact nature of the jacket. After wearing it for the full day at school I asked her what she thought and she said “Mom, it was great! It kept me warm when it was windy, and it kept me cool when I got hot!”
