What Is Nike SNKRS Pass?
SNKRS Pass offers Nike Members a fair, convenient and secure way to score some of our most coveted sneakers—and it's only available in the SNKRS App. A SNKRS Pass provides the chance to join a draw for the exclusive opportunity to purchase shoes reserved for you at a nearby retail location. Here's how it works:
- When there are shoes being released through a SNKRS Pass, you'll see the offer in your SNKRS Feed.
- Once the Pass opens, and if there's a participating location nearby, you'll have a limited window of time to submit your size request.
- When the window closes, we'll choose winners at random and notify them.
- If you score the W, you'll also see a "Reserved for pick-up" screen confirming the shoe, size, and pick-up date and location.
- On the pick-up day, your "Reserved for pick-up" screen will change to an active SNKRS Pass that includes a QR code you'll need for pick-up. Bring that, a valid ID and your payment to the designated store, and you'll be all set!
SNKRS Pass uses your mobile device's GPS to determine how close you are to a participating retail location, so be sure to enable location services and push notifications for the SNKRS App to see all your SNKRS Pass offers.
FAQs
What if I don't see any pick-up locations nearby—can I still enter for the SNKRS Pass?
If you can't see any locations listed that are close to you, you won't be eligible for that SNKRS Pass. You must live within a certain location radius of the store to be able to join.
Once I join a SNKRS Pass draw, can I change the shoe size or store location?
We're not able to change your details (name, shoe size or store location) once you've submitted your request, including after a SNKRS Pass is issued. Be sure to make any necessary changes to your profile before submitting a request.
Can I pay for the shoes in the SNKRS App?
You can only request the sneakers in the app. If you win a SNKRS Pass, payment is collected during pick-up at the store.
What do I need to bring to pick up my product?
Once your "Reserved for pick-up" screen changes to an active SNKRS Pass with the QR code you'll need for pick-up, bring that to the designated store along with your payment and a physical photo ID with a first name and surname that matches the first name and surname on the SNKRS Pass.
Valid forms of photo ID include:
- Driving licence
- Student ID
- Passport
- Military ID
Please also note the SNKRS Pass is only valid on the device the reservation was originally made on.
What if I go by a name other than the one on my valid photo ID?
Names on your valid photo ID must match the exact name on the SNKRS Pass reservation. You can ensure that your name matches by going into your SNKRS profile and making any necessary changes before submitting your SNKRS Pass request.
Can someone else pick up the shoes for me?
No, only the person whose name appears on the SNKRS Pass is allowed to pick up and purchase the sneakers.
Can I reserve more than one pair of sneakers?
No, we have a limit of one (1) reservation and pick-up per person, per shoe style. Additionally, reservations can't be made at multiple stores.
Can the store deliver the shoes to me?
Stores are not able to deliver SNKRS Pass sneakers. You must make the purchase in person at the store listed on your SNKRS Pass.
Could the store sell out of the shoes after I receive a SNKRS Pass?
If you are chosen, the retail location should have them, as long as you arrive during your pick-up window.
What happens if I miss my SNKRS Pass pick-up window?
Your SNKRS Pass is valid only within the time frame provided when you join a draw, and that is reflected on the Pass itself. Once the pass expires, you will no longer have access to the shoes.
How long are the SNKR Pass pick-up windows?
The time frame to pick up your SNKRS Pass shoes varies from Pass to Pass. Be sure to check your SNKRS Pass for your specific pick-up window.
If I win the SNKRS Pass, am I obligated to purchase the shoes?
Because you don't actually purchase the shoes until you pick them up, there's no obligation to buy if you win the SNKRS Pass.
