        First impression was that these fit different than regular Nike shorts. I like it, and I like the liner. The material is light and keeps me cool. These are good for any kind of workout indoors or outdoors, they are not restricted to just the trail! My favorite piece is the built in liner. I would recommend these to anyone!

        The size S was perfect in the waist but looked like a parachute around my legs and bum. I have a muffin top at the moment (mentioning because fat can be squished into things) so I was able to squeeze into the XS, which is snug in waist but fit is better everywhere else. Even though snug in waist, they are still comfortable and there’s plenty of stretch in the back pocket to fit my stupidly massive iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’d go phone-less but the running app I use doesn’t work on Apple Watch. I have a 10 year old pair of size M Skins that fit perfectly for the purposes of size comparison. For sizing reference I’m 163cm, 59kg, B/W/H in inches 35/29/38.
