Nike Vomero Plus

Bought these as I started to get knee pain whilst training for a marathon. Since using them the knee pain has gone and I just really enjoy running in them. I’ve got the zoom fly 6 for speed work and I really miss the Vomero Plus when I use them now. The feel is super comfy and springy with a load of cushioning, but they don’t feel slow at all to me. They seem to give back what you put in, so when you’re hill climbing or doing speed work, you can push into them and they really return a boost back! Also, the actually laces stay done up which is a huge improvement for Nike trainers (eye roll!). I use them for solely for road running, not sure how the stack would perform over cross country, but for me they feel stable and my ankles feel well supported. Really do love these trainers and they have given me the confidence to know my legs will be well looked after come race day. My only issue is that I’m a standard size 5, the fit is a standard size 5, but I wish I’d got a half size up for longer distances as my toe is reaching the end a little after 10 miles +. So my advice would be go to for half a size up if you’re long distance training.

Have done nothing but walk in these shoes and they are already developing holes on both shoes on the outside of the shoes. Very comfortable but the quality is very disappointing!

Love them!! I can't describe them in a better word than just being "fun"!!! They are so bouncy, but still really stable and sooooo comfy. Just bring a smile to my face every time I put them on, go outside and take the first couple of steps on a run :) In terms of sizing: I have a 25.5cm heel-to-toe measurement and went with a EUR42, exactly as per their size chart. They're perfect!
