Great shoes for hoops. I retired from hoops after i tore my achilles and started body building after that. After 2 years of retirement and went from fat dude to muscular fat dude. I decided to announce that I should go back to hoops. Im still body building of course, so my knees, back, and hips are all destroyed from squatting and deadlifting. These shoes helped my knees so much that Zoom X is incredible. Traction was mid on dusty courts and great on clean courts. I love the way these feel. Dropped a 40 piece mcnuggets in my adult league after breaking these in during practice.

  • Awful traction

I really can't believe how awful the grip on these shoes is. I bought them the other day and then went to my gym today to play. Honestly, it felt like I was on ice at times--my feet were sliding all over the place, so much so that I didn't even end up playing because it felt too dangerous. I'm hoping that with time they might develop some tackiness, but I'm not optimistic. The material on the bottom literally feels like cheap plastic rather than rubber. No wonder they have zero traction.
