Two steps forward, one step back
Likes: Increase heel lift/drop Laces stay tied Design/colors Padding on heel collar wide toe box (a lil wider please)
Dislikes: Toe spring
Please get rid of the toe spring. We need our toes planted for lifts not up in the air. Whose idea was this!?
The previous version had less toe spring but more flexible forefoot which allowed toes to be down easier without lifting heel off floor.

Just great Nike's as always
great shoe...Nike just makes great gear. the recommendation to size up 1/2 was spot on. Usually wear a 11.5, a 12 in these are perfect

Love my Metcon 9s
I am so Happy with my decision to try the Metcon 9 I have wide feet so Nikes typically don't fit me at all i was so disappointed with other styles in my size but the 9s are amazing and very comfortable for my workouts.

Basically a stable/flexible orthotic
Im 5”10 250lbs and these are good for me to do small walks and gym.
Then it’s funny how the heel is stiff and the front is flexible a lot of orthotics have that design. The push off feels nice at my weight in the front just the heel feels too stiff at times when standing 10-15mins. But don’t feel it as much when walking.

Great purchase for a first squat shoe. Runs a little bit small width-wise for a snug fit, which i was happy enough with. I would like to see one made without laces, just straps, for more convenient putting on & off.

Recommend!
Great for lifting weights; provides stability and confidence in the weight room. Although the sneaker is designed for performance security, they are light enough to go for walks in. Lastly, I do find them attractive and stylish.
