Velcro strap stopped working

Nice hat but disappointed in Velcro strap. Mine stopped working. The two materials no longer stick to each other. Jarvis now useless.

I purchased this red hat to wear to a race on July 4. My head circumference is 20 3/4 so I order the small and it fit perfectly! It's lightweight and breathable with a velcro tightening strap, which I love.
