Fantastic Performance and Outstanding Customer Support

After using the AlphaFly 3 for my half marathon training, I was genuinely impressed with its performance. The shoe feels incredibly responsive, providing excellent energy return and a smooth running experience. Compared to my previous running shoes, I noticed significantly less discomfort in my knees and feet, which made my training sessions much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, after just the first use, I discovered damage on the rear portion of the sole, and some of the rubber components on the outsole began to detach. Given the premium nature of the shoe, this was disappointing and unexpected. That said, I appreciate Nike's prompt support and assistance regarding my concern. I am currently waiting for guidance on the next steps for the return or refund process and hope for a positive resolution. Despite the defect, my initial experience with the shoe's performance was outstanding. Thank you, Nike, for your excellent customer service and support throughout this process.
