Since your Nike order is dispatched from abroad, local customs regulations require verification of your information to clear and deliver your order.
For Nike.com and Nike App orders (including Nike By You), you'll need to provide your national ID (for Vietnamese citizens) or passport information (for non-Vietnamese citizens). You can opt to enter the information during checkout, or you can skip this step when placing your order and provide the required information separately.
For SNKRS orders, you won't be prompted to enter your national ID or passport information during checkout, but you'll need to provide the required information separately.
To verify your information after you place an order, we'll send you an email with a link to provide the required information within four days. If you don't submit your information within four working days, we won't be able to dispatch the order.
After you provide the required information, we'll work with the carrier and customs to process and clear your order. The estimated delivery date provided with your order confirmation accounts for any known customs processing times.
The courier may contact you again to confirm your information to ensure your order is delivered promptly to the correct delivery address.
If you don't submit your information within four days of placing the order, we'll have to cancel the order.
