Are There Troubleshooting Steps for the NRC and NTC Apps?

Your first go-to if you're having an issue with the NRC or NTC App is making sure your app, mobile device or watch are running the most current software. Staying updated prevents potential minor issues.

If your app and device software is up to date, we have some additional troubleshooting steps below that may resolve your trouble.

Sign Out and Sign In

If your phone or watch are running the latest software, but you're still having issues, try logging out and back in to your app.

  1. Tap your profile at the top of the screen.
  2. Tap "Settings" and "Log Out".
  3. Restart your mobile device or watch.

Remove and Redownload

If logging out and back in to your app didn't work, try removing the app from your mobile device and redownloading it.

  1. Press on the NRC/NTC App and hold it until you see a pop-up menu.
  2. On the menu, tap either "Remove app" for iOS devices or "Uninstall" for Android devices. Make sure to keep any data shared with your device.
  3. Go to the iOS App Store or Google Play and download the app again and sign in.
