Why Don't I See My Run in the NRC App? | Nike Help

It might feel like your run didn't even happen when you go to your Activity tab in the NRC App and your run or some of its elements aren't there. You don't have to worry about any missing run data when you use our best practices below.

iOS Devices
  • Make sure you enable Fitness Tracking when you first open the NRC app.
  • Enabled Location Services on your device.
  • Make sure you have Outdoor mode toggled on.
  • Turn off Low Power mode if has been enabled on your phone.
  • Wait 10–15 seconds before starting a run after you open the app.
  • Make sure you're starting in an area with a clear line of site to the sky.
Android Devices
  • Enabled Location Services on your device.

  • Make sure you've connected NRC to the partner app or device.

  • Check that your run has synced to your partner app. There may be a slight delay for the NRC to sync with your partner app.
