Very light and breathable, does not stick and make your head feel like you even have an hijab on! Stay on and doesn’t let your hair poke through the sides even during exercise such as Zumba. The small was a little tight around my face, however some people prefer that. I chose medium, still fit comfortably and nice around my face.the elastic strap can be worn inside and outside the hijab. Gives a better look inside though.
