WHY WON'T MY RUN SYNC IN THE NIKE RUN CLUB APP?
Your NRC runs should automatically sync and appear in the Activity tab. If your run doesn't appear, follow the steps below:
NRC APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
Make sure you're connected to a wireless data network and tap on the Activity tab, then tap History. Swipe down on the screen to refresh and sync your data.
NRC APP ON APPLE WATCH AND ANDROID WEAR
If you use NRC on your watch, your run should automatically sync while the watch is connected to your mobile device. Runs recorded without your mobile device will sync once your watch and mobile device reconnect.
NRC CONNECTED APPS AND DEVICES
Runs recorded on a partner device won't appear in the Activity tab until it syncs with its app. Make sure your partner app is connected with the NRC App.
