These shoes are excellent for the purpose they are intended for and I like that they have 8 spikes at the toe and forefoot. My only complaint is the sizing is confusing. I wear an 8.5 and ordered that size. They were extremely small so I went up an entire size and they fit. They are also somewhat difficult to put on since there is no tongue and can only be loosened so much. I would prefer a regular lace up shoe with tongue but there isn't anything available like that in the hot pink color.

Très bonne qualité par rapport au multifonctions, elle permet de mieux courir placée et surtout sur les pointes de pieds ce qui aide à mieux utiliser c bras. Pratique pour l’été puisque le tissu permet au pied de respirer. Je le conseille
