as a beginner runner i have put on 9km on these pair of shoes so far and i have noticed differences on my timing, pace and my running form during my 3k runs. happy purchase and would recommend

The shoes took about a weeks worth of running to get used to. I'd say about 15 plus miles which I'm okay with . My issue is I've had them for less than a month and they already have a tear and the foam is not as strong compared to the competitor. My last shoes I had for 5 plus years from a competitor and they did not tear once. I bought these because I'm getting into running more long distance. Doesn't seem they are worth the price. Not sure if I got a bad pair or what. But would not pay this much for these again.

Very comfortable both on a road and treadmill, planning to use them for a marathon
