How Do I Return My Online Order to a Nike Store?

You can return items purchased on Nike.com or in the Nike App, as long as they're unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached, at select Nike stores within 30 days. Find a Nike store in the same country/region where you made the online purchase, then bring us your item(s), the original form of payment, and either your order barcode or order number. You can find your order barcode at nike.com/orders and in the Nike App in your order history.

Please note that Nike Clearance stores and Nike Partnered stores do not accept returns of Nike.com or Nike App orders, and custom Nike By You trainers, custom Jersey By You football shirts and Hyperice items cannot be returned at any Nike stores.

Some additional exceptions apply:

  • Apple Watch accessories must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • You may cancel unused digital gift cards within 14 days of purchase, but you must contact us to do so. They cannot be returned in stores.
  • SNKRS Reserve orders must be returned within 14 days of an online order delivery.
  • Gift bags cannot be returned.
  • Items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.
  • Nike stores that do accept online returns cannot refund online money transfers and may instead offer a gift card at the manager's discretion.
  • Nike stores are unable to refund any applicable delivery fees.
  • Digital purchases made with a gift card cannot be returned at any Nike stores.
