Behind the design
The earthy textures and speckled midsole represent the Two Bays Trail's tough terrain. Red arrows on the tongue tops, sockliners and upper are inspired by the iconic arrow signs with handwritten numbers used throughout the trail. Two Bays is identified by a circular symbol displaying a blue superb fairywren, which can be seen both on the signage along the route and on the sockliners. Deep and bright blues symbolise the start and finish of the 28K bay-to-bay stretch, where the ocean meets the sky.

How This Was Made
- This product was responsibly designed utilising recycled materials from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste. One of our biggest steps on our journey to zero carbon and zero waste is in choosing our materials because they account for more than 70% of any product's footprint. I wanted to like these very much. They are ungodly tight on the Bridge of your foot. Tried driving to the park to walk my dogs and within 10 minutes of driving my toes had gone numb. Tried to wear them in and walk around the house to break them in and no success. I've worn a 10.5 in Nike since I was in the 10th grade I even have the Pegasus trail 4 gore tex from a year or two ago and they fit nothing alike. And there's this god awful popping noise from the material at the toe box. it almost sounds like i was wearing flip flops. All in all horrid quality, quite disappointed
