Comfortability

I recently had double knee replacement surgery and these Nike Alphafly 3 shoes are the most comfortable pair of sneakers I've worn in a very long time. Walking is the most painless thing that I do now.

I got these shoes because everyone claims how great they are for speed and for marathons. I have Philly marathon coming up this fall and figured I'd give them a go. Well I did a track speed session and they sure went! I felt like the pace I was trying to hold was a bit easier due to these shoes. They were super comfortable, lots of cushion and still snappy and quick feeling . I blew away all the old ladies walking around the track. For once I felt like a superstar runner!!!!
