Very lightweight, stripped down, and all around nimble. This shoe was one that helped carry me to a 3 minute and 14 second personal best in the 10K. Along with a 5K personal best en route! Absolutely fun shoe to wear, more than enough stack height to protect you for a 10K to Half Marathon. Would absolutely recommend this shoe to anyone who is looking to run a fast 5K/10K!

Met de Streakfly 2 ben je je tegenstanders te snel af tijdens de wedstrijd. Deze snelheidsduivel is nu voorzien van een Flyplate van koolstofvezel, die past bij de ultraresponsieve middenzool van ZoomX foam en het minimalistische bovenwerk van het zo geliefde origineel. Van de 10 km tot de mijl, met deze schoen kun je je runs naar een hoger niveau tillen.

We hebben een Flyplate van koolstofvezel geïntegreerd over de hele lengte van de schoen voor een gevoel alsof je vooruit wordt gestuwd. Het helpt je soepel te bewegen bij elke stap en vol vertrouwen bochten te nemen.

I've tried many brands of racing shoes and can say with absolute certainty that this is by far the best for anywhere from a road mile to a 5k. It truly is what I would describe as a road spike; it's indescribably light, and as a forefoot striker, the ZoomX underneath the ball of my foot propels my foot forward with minimal effort. It is also fantastic from 100-600m repeats on the track, although if you go longer, it starts to hurt your calves a bit depending on how many reps you do. Although it isn't legal to wear in NCAA and World Athletics sanctioned 5ks and 10ks on the track, this would be my race shoe of choice over any spike. The times speak for themselves - after their release, high schoolers, who are permitted to wear this in cross country have broken seemingly unattainable records, some of them going back to the early 2000s. The energy return you get with these shoes is unreal, and while after around 150 miles I am seeing significant wear, the bulk of it is cosmetic, and the foam still holds up really well. As for the upper, I really enjoyed the stretchy laces, as I was able to tighten the areas of my foot that slid around. Overall a super awesome shoe, and I definitely recommend if you are attempting to achieve peak performance.

Wat is er nieuw?
- Superlicht en ventilerend speciaal mesh bovenwerk zonder naden.
- Verbeterd ZoomX foam in de middenzool voor meer energieteruggave en minder gewicht.
- De plastic versterking rond de middenvoet is vervangen door dezelfde koolstofvezel FlyPlate over de hele lengte als in de Vaporfly.
- De vernieuwde buitenzool levert meer grip in een lichtere schoen.
- Nu gemaakt op een 'track spike'-leest, voor een agressievere houding. De offset van hak tot teen is verminderd tot slechts 4 mm, zodat atleten makkelijker op hun voorvoeten kunnen lopen.
- Het totaalgewicht is met 44 gram verminderd ten opzichte van het vorige model.
