HOW DO I USE THE NIKE APP IN A NIKE STORE?
Your phone becomes your ultimate shopping companion when you use the Nike App in a Nike store and at Nike events. As a Nike Member, your Nike App unlocks a shopping experience unlike any other, giving you access to exclusive offers, benefits and experiences, all at the touch of your fingertips.
To take full advantage of the Nike App at Nike stores and events, you'll want to enable the following on your phone:
- Location services
- Bluetooth
- Push notifications from the Nike App
Once you're ready to shop, here's how using the Nike App can enhance your experience:
- Member Rewards: Nike Members have access to the best Nike products, exclusive discounts and partner rewards for their shopping activity in the Nike App. If you've enabled the above settings and set locations services to always on, you may receive push notifications with offers and rewards when you're near or in a Nike store. You can also see your offers by opening the app near or in a store—just tap Nike Member Rewards on your profile tab. To redeem an offer, simply present your Nike Member Pass in the Nike App when checking out.
- Scan to Learn: while browsing the store, you can scan the barcodes on the hangtags of your favourite items to get information about those items, including size and colour availability. In some stores, you may also be able to request to try on the items, and an employee will deliver them to either you or a designated area.
- Favourites/Fresh to Nike: the Nike App will let you know if any of the items you have favourited are available in the store, so you can take a look and try them on. If you haven't favourited any items, the app will show you a few of the freshest and newest styles available in the store.
- Nike Member Pass: when you check out at a Nike store, make sure you have your Member Pass scanned (you can find it on your profile tab in the Nike App). Scanning your Member Pass will add the store purchase to your order history in the Nike App for easy, receiptless returns at eligible stores.
- Order History: while shopping, you can view past purchases in your order history to reference styles you love and the sizes that work best for you. Plus, easily access any order info you might need when returning an item in an eligible store.
