How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

Ok, can’t justify the price.

I have 3 pairs of these Strides shorts. The material doesn’t feel that nice when wearing them, the side pockets have a varying lip depth from about 1.5” to 0” depending on what Nike send you. The inner brief was ok, but I wouldn’t wear these shorts without my own under underneath them. I prefer the ones from about 5 -6 years ago which I have a couple of pairs. The sizing is on the small size compared to other brands I buy. I am usually a XL but had to buy XXL. Are these worth £49.99, answer no. £35 perhaps

I did have a little bit of an issue with the stitching on the pocket on the first pair I ordered so make sure to check that out. But other than that, these are terrific shorts.
