Hice crossfit y hyrox con ellas. Están más cómodas para correr y saltar, incluso con la sentadilla no están mal. Pedí mi talla que es 36.5 y es cierto que quizás debería haber pedido algo más porque quedan muy justas. El problema es que la siguiente era 37.5 y creo que es demasiada diferencia.

I absolutely love the shoe, I just wish when I ordered the day of release that I knew to order a 1/2 size up. They do run small but hopefully they will break in.

Nike Hybrid Training Shoes
These shoes are very very comfortable and lightweight. They hold up well while running and lifting. They are not the best/most optimal shoes for squats, but they are comfortable for daily use, daily runs, and general weightlifting/gym wear.
