Nike Promina

Ich habe mir den Walking-Schuh gekauft um mein kaputtes Laufbild wieder in Ordnung zu bringen. Dafür sind diese Promina von Nike prädestiniert. Da ich das Abrollen und alles was mit gesunden Gehen zu tun hat neu lernen muss, unterstützt mich der Walking-Schuh durch seine Sohle perfekt. Versucht man "normal" zu gehen fühlen sich die Schuhe nicht so angenehm an, aber darum geht es auch nicht. Leicht sind sie ja. Die Sohle innen fühlte sich für mich anfangs hart an, sobald man aber richtige abrollt und mit der Ferse wie es sich gehört beginnt aufzutreten, ist von der "harten" Wölbung mittig nichts zu spüren. Bin also zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Nike, einfach gut.

I bought these for a holiday where I intend to do a lot of walking. Putting on the shoes and walking for the first time felt a bit odd with the rocking motion from the shape of the soles and the raised toe takes some getting used to. It also elevates you quite high as the it has a pronounced platform. The upper is strong and holds your feet firmly and feels comfortable. It also does look very striking. Initially I decided against it and would return the shoes for a refund and buy a more conventional trainer. But I have changed my mind and will now keep it and try it out. I won't be travelling for a few weeks yet and won't use them proper until then. They are comfortable and I expect I will get use to the motion. I got it for a good price so I'm happy with his purchase. I usually wear a size 9 for business shoes but always buy trainers in size 9.5. These trainers in 9.5 fit well if maybe a little bit too snug. But the upper material is flexible and will loosen. Size 9 certainly would have been too tight.
