• By attending the event, you may be photographed and filmed by NIKE or its affiliates; you hereby grant NIKE the right to use such recording in connection with the event and any promotion thereof. 

• You hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIKE, Inc. and its affiliates (“NIKE”) from any losses associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property loss or damage. 

In caso di evento aperto a utenti minorenni, fai riferimento a quanto segue: se sei minorenne, la registrazione a questa Esperienza deve essere effettuata da un genitore o da un tutore legale; inoltre, dovrai portare con te all'Esperienza una copia dei Termini dell'Esperienza firmata da un genitore o tutore legale.
