Déçue par la qualité de la semelle

Déçue, je suis une inconditionnelle de la marque Nike et après une utilisation d’une heure sur du plat, la semelle se décolle sur une chaussure et est carrément coupée sur l’autre. Réponse du service réclamation: « il s’agit d’une usure normale de la chaussure », je suis sceptique au bout d’une séance de running, c’est aberrant! Je ne sais pas à quoi va ressembler cette paire dans 3 mois. Déçue.
