Great storage but awkward fit

Great storage space, but the shoulder strap system is terrible. The placement of the straps creates a large gap between the upper part of the backpack and your back, making it feel awkward and poorly balanced. It’s just not an ergonomic design and makes the backpack uncomfortable to carry.

While the bag is very nice and the color looks amazing, I cant help be feel frustrated at the fact that my chest strapped busted off and I am unable to place it back on. I bought this bag solely for traveling and/or hiking. and now I am unable to do so comfortable with those straps no longer available. if you are looking for a reliable backpack for outdoor use, go ahead and look elsewhere.
