Shrunk after a single wash

I purchased two of these in different colors. The black one, shrunk significantly after the very first wash. I did not dry the hoodie in a dryer. Both hoodies were washed in the same manner. Nike refused to accept a warranty claim. They stated it was normal wear and tear. I’d didn’t realize normal wear and tear included significant shrinkage after a single wash. Very disappointed
