To create this collection, the ACG team took a 46-mile expedition deep into the rainforest and along the coastline of Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica. The trip offered inspiration to create gear that stands up to hot and humid adventures.
Water-repellent, quick-drying and breathable, the fabric is perfect for humid conditions and unexpected showers. The mesh-lined chest pocket doesn't hold water, helping the shirt dry more quickly after it gets wet.

Cool and Lightweight, Just Too Big

I tried the Nike UV Repel Short-Sleeve Shirt in an extra small, and it still felt very oversized on me. While the fit wasn’t quite what I expected, the fabric is light and breathable, perfect for hot days when you want to stay cool on a hike. The design is sleek and minimal, which I liked. It would be comfortable for all-day wear, but overall, I wouldn’t purchase it for myself simply because the fit wasn’t right for me.

Stylish but also super functional

I am a huge fan of the ACG line and this shirt is no different. I really liked it in terms of fit and feel. At first i thought that it looked a little big but after wearing it I thought it was great. I will say that it fits big by design but it doesn't run big. It's super light weight and breathable and I love that it has UV protection as well. Additionally, I really like the boxy look that this has and the longer sleeves. I think the mesh pocket on the right is also a very good touch. I also think that the buttons and collar make it very versatile to dress up or down. The material is very similar to wind breaker but it feels a little lighter which makes you not feel weighed down in the hot weather. My favorite part of this shirt is a combo between the light weight and the relaxed fit. I also like the neutral color of it which allows you to wear it with a lot of different things. I'm not too sure what I would change about this. To be honest it was a really solid product all around.
