These are extremely comfortable shoes and perfect for a lower-mileage runner who walks a lot. I put about 20 miles a week on them between walking and light jogging on pavement, gravel, and bike paths, and the cushioning is great. I've had quite a bit of knee and ankle issues, and even after a longer day in these shoes I feel pretty good.
Like other Nikes, the toe box and top of the foot run…
