Nike Ava X Mesh

This shoe is just okay. Knowing what Nike tends to produce product wise, I wasn’t a big fan of the shoe. Aesthetic wise the design of the shoe is nice and can go well with any athleisiure outfit you put together. The shoe itself is comfortable, but can be a little too snug when first trying to put it on. I’m also not too big of a fan of the material. It’s almost plastic like, but I am used to shoes that are built with fabric materials.

The Nike Ava X Breathe has been a really impressive shoe for workouts and running. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they feel. They almost disappear on your feet while training, which makes them really comfortable for longer workouts or runs. The cushioning also felt great without making the shoe feel bulky. The breathable design worked really well during workouts, especially when things started to heat up. They felt supportive while still staying flexible and easy to move in. I also liked the overall look of the shoe since it has a clean athletic design that works well both in the gym and casually. If I had one small complaint, it would be that they can take a little extra effort to get on sometimes. Once they’re on, though, the fit feels secure and comfortable. Overall, this is a great lightweight training shoe that performs really well for active use.

For starters, this shoe is incredibly light I had to second guess myself when I picked it up. But don’t mistake the light weight for being low quality. I recently took these with me to run a Spartan Super and they were amazing performing in all types of terrain. The easily breathable mesh fibers just makes it perfect for your feet to stay comfortable and breathable the entire time. (Also helps dry you out faster should your feet get soaked but that’s another story). The overall simple blacked out design just looks clean and doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb the way many shoes on the market do right now. I’ve put over 15 miles on these shoes so far and after the first 2-3 miles they got even more comfortable to wear. Personally love them and have them in my rotation for my daily run shoes, for the casual runner they are perfect for running a 5k or 10k. Doesn’t sacrifice looks for performance either. When you combine good looking design, great comfortability, and feeling light on your feet. It is the perfect recipe for a great running shoe, looking forward to future runs with these to see how much abuse they can handle
